Rudder Pedals don't work sometimes

Rudder Pedals don't work sometimes
Subject says it all. With autorudder NOT selected, sometimes rudder pedals don't move. Brakes work. This just started today and have been flying the P-47 for some time. Any ideas?

Was it the control lock? Could you state the fix, so future problems can be referenced to this topic..
