I enjoy this bird very much but I found the Control Lock Unfunctional. After I click it, I can still move the control stick, do I miss something?
By the way, is it possible for A2A to make a GA plane with Accusim? Since the GA market is very popular and this can make more people enjoy the miracle of Accusim.
Thank you!

Re: Control Lock Functional?
You have to move the stick fully forward to engage the lock. As you can see by looking at mechanism, it is a simple mechanical lock, that holds the stick in this position.

Re: Control Lock Functional?
Yes, you might see that this control lock is kind of a hook that catches a latch on the control stick. To allow so you need to push the stick fully forward and THEN click the lock and you will find the stick and the rudder pedals locked.

Thank you very much for your help but since I use a yoke, I have tried that before and doesn't work for me.
It must be the yoke's problem.

Re: Control Lock Functional?
Maybe you've calibrated your system so that the yoke doesn't reach full forward position?
If you press 'cold start' on shift+3 panel, the stick would be placed in fully forward position. Try to compare it with max forward position you can achieve by pushing your yoke forward.

Thank you so much, I have forgotten the cold start in shift+3, I will try that later.

Re: Control Lock Functional?
I didn't think it did anything functional at first either, so I was a little baffled when I started a new flight under 'cold start' settings and then could only taxi in straight lines...

It works - I tried it whilst flying Im dead again
Re: Control Lock Functional?
It would be cool to see the force feedback joysticks make use of this feature. Maybe with a little collaboration between the guy who develops FS Force and A2A....
