Which checklist is better?

Hello, I found two checklist on internet. The one is from "Kneeboard" from FSX. http://www.mediafire.com/file/b5j7uxwuj ... t.pdf/file
In engine starting is Engine 3 Mixture Control FULL RICH. Is that right? Not AUTO-RICH?

I found more complex second checklist for B377 here : http://gallerycdh.free.fr/pf/B377.pdf
Which one is better (more realistic)? In first checklist is missing Voltmeter settings (here is BUS).
I think second is more realistic, but I don't know if it's proper checklist for A2A B377. Or is there better checklist here? :D

BTW if you have some .pdf checklist for any A2A aircraft, send link please :D

While not as concise, did you see the full checklists (split by crew member) in the PDF manual provided with the aircraft? This is the file Pilots_Manual_For_COTS.pdf in the folder "...\FSX\A2A\B377\Manuals", if you have the Captain of the Ship expansion.

I can't answer your other questions, but thought that may help.
