Interesting destinations you seek out :o Must be some challenge to land and takeoff and such high altitude. I already have enough trouble landing her soft and nicely at sea level runways
Check my overviews of C172, Cherokee 180, C182 Skylane, Comanche 250 and Texan repaints.

Love it when I get costs under $1/mile. I have been flying the Comanche into some high mountain airports, but none as high as in SA. I will have to give some of those routes a try, they look very interesting.

Not bad at all. Great flying! :)

It looks like you may only be a few flights away from making the "One Million Passenger Miles" roster.

Thanks so much for adding your new log to the bunch.

I've never submitted a log...I've meant to for years but never have. I started a new career after a long absence from the 377, and I think I'm determined to keep this one going for quite a while. This is from flight number twelve. I'm really happy with the career , so far. All my landings but this one have been great! I'm also pretty happy about the engine status being 'excellent" across the board despite flying exclusively in temperatures just below to just above 30 C. The fact that the Cost Per Mile on this leg is under $1.00 is due solely to a gross underestimate of fuel required. I never meant to lean the engines to this degree for fear of damaging them pre-maturely. So, I don't anticipate this kind of economy in the foreseeable future! Anyway, here it is:

Jacques,

Thank you for joining the roster of pilots. Your new log has been added to the list.

I have you added to the "Dollar Per Mile" pilot roster as well.

Keep up the great flying!

There's a few in there from wayward adventures, but mostly flights based out of Florida and making rounds down in the Caribbean, Central & South America and Mexico. Heidi loves the tropics. :D

gulredrel,

I just went to post your new log and get your stats updated, but my image hosting service has a note that it is down for a few days.

As soon as they are back up and running, I'll get you up there.

Thanks so much for posting a new log.

Taking a break from the T-6, whose cockpit has been "Home" for the past several months. :)

Managed to log a personal milestone flight this afternoon in the 377, breaking the 2000 total flight hours in her, on the 110th career flight.
