Paintkit

Post by ICDP »

I have just finished the A2A simulations B377 Stratocruiser paintkit. It comes in three parts, part 1 and 2 are all that are requird for the Stratocruiser. If you want to do Pregnant Guppy repaints then you will need part 3 as well. All specular maps and alpha PSDs are also included in the downloads.

Search the file library for the following filenames or for files by the Author Martin Catney.

***NOTE*** I have mixed up the wing nav lights, please be sure to change the lights to red to port and green to starboard. By sincerest apologies for this oversight.

I can't seem to find a working download for the paintkit. Does it still exist anywhere?

Any chance of getting the paint kit back up at Gamershell? Have been hunting high and low for it but have not been able to locate it (sorry a little behind the power curve, but just now am getting into repainting birds).

Any chance anyone from A2A might pay enough attention to the forum to reupload the paintkit? Requests have been in here for ages, and it's almost been a year since Lewis said he lost the paintkit on his hard drive. Surely since then someone could have reproduced or recovered the kit, no?

I am going to apologize in advance, as it has been many years since I joined this forum and have not read the ToS in forever. So if this violates it, like I said I am sorry and please feel free to delete this post. I was digging around on SoH and found this thread http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/s ... 063&page=1 that has a download kit for the paint kit that someone kindly uploaded. I downloaded it and it is in fact all 3 parts of the paint kit. I won't have time to paint till this weekend, but this paint kit is huge. Something like 600mb.
