Paint jobs

Post by Marlin »

I have a couple of questions about new paint jobs.

Do the paints for the FS9 version work on the new one?
Or do we have to wait for some kind folks to make new ones?

That is oneof the first things I loked at. And the paints are not compatable. We will have to wait for some new paints to become available. But the added features in this version should make them well worth the wait :)

I have quite a few planned for this new release. Nine O Nine and Yankee Lady should be ready in a couple of days. Thunderbird is also on the list and should be done right after these, then it is on to the rest of the modern flying G models.

Hope someone does some weathered ones too. I don't like my B-17 too clean :)

I would sit around and paint a few, but still running through the process of becoming better at painting aircraft...big transition from interface web design to planes...takes me a little longer than I would like to get a good paint going.

Where will any future paints for the B-17 be available?

Still chugging away here on repaints, I guess I should release a few. I've kind of put them on the back burner until SP1 comes out for FSX so that I can enjoy them more before release and pick up on things I can improve on. There has also been a bit of a hiatus in place because of the A-26 project. I should have a number of repaints to be uploaded right after SP1 is released.
