A quick update HE11DUDE04 - we've found something a bit odd during testing with the RPMs pegging out at 4000 as you mention, but this one may take a while to pin down.
One question: when the RPM sticks at 4000 in the situation you describe, are your mags on or off?
Thanks,
Nick

My mags were off, but with my own testing I found that with them on the engine usually starts up before it gets to 4000rpm.

Out of curiosity Nick, could this issue related to the props not windmilling when unfeathered?
For me they just stop dead and don't windmill and I assumed that it hadn't been modelled but after thinking about it I'm not sure why that'd be the case and thought that it could be related to this and therefore useful to you, hopefully that's not a separate issue but a lead on the current one
