my b17 control settings

Post by alan CXA651 »

Hi.
I thought I would share my b17 control setup , which is a combination of FSUIPC/A2A configurator settings.
These settings are for CH yoke/rudder peddles and 2 CH quad throttle units allows for individual control of throttles/props/mixtures of all 4 engines, some of my settings that may not be showing is I have park brake/foot brakes/flaps in a standard setup for all my aircraft in FSUIPC

my FSUIPC settings are:-

Hi Andrew.
I am assuming you have the licenced version of FSUIPC, that allows you to make control input settings.
Also some of the b17 controls on mine go through the a2a configurator.
If you have the same controllers as me , then make a copy of your FSUIPC.INI file , and put this in a place where you can find it easyily , so if you make a corruption of the ini file while editing , you can put it back as was.
Then using notepad, open the FSUIPC.INI file in fsx/modules folder , copy above and paste into your FSUIPC.INI file , and save ,you will still need to set up things like flaps/footbrakes as i have a standard file in FSUIPC.ini that i aply to all my aircraft controls , within FSUIPC.
But be warned , you might still have to tweak the settings as your controlers might have a slight difference in movements.
If you still need help , then let me know.
Regards alan. 8)
