Hi folks,
Loong time since i've posted here, but lerking in the background
Just been flying my B17 from Bristol, southwest UK, to Hay river, Canada. Not in one go but in hops. For those interested --> UK - Vagar - Iceland - Greenland - Goose bay - Rankiin inlet - Next stop Hay River.
Doing research on hay river, buffalo airways are mentioned alot as its one of there operations bases.
Now, Canada in FSX isnt very appealing if like me, you dont ANY scenery AT ALL for the area, so i went on scenery hunt and found some nice freeware for fs9 that work in fsx. This scenery contains the buffalo buildings at the relavent airport and AI traffic ect.
This gave me an idea to re-create buffalo flights around the NWT of canada, giving some sence of perpose.
(the piont of flying here was to test the B17 in freezing weather as i've never flown in these conditions, only around europe, rarley below 0 degrees.)
This is where it migh get weired, but would anyone be willing to paint me a B17 in buffalo colours?
(Its the only large 4 engined, good quality A2A standard plane i have)
Thanks
B-17 Repaint Request
