How do you get the ladders and wheel chocks set around the plane? I've been wondering that for awhile....

Set your plane cold and dark. Viola.

All systems must be shut down.
That means all switches off (including main power), and brakes applied.
It's simply how you will leave the aircraft secured. :D

The «Memphis Belle» was done on request. As there are currently no B-17F available for FSX, the textures were applied to the G model. That means a lot of compromises.
I hope that we once will see a F-model of the same quality as the A2A B-17G :D

Great looking paint there of the Belle.

Its a shame A2A didn't keep up the work on their F model 17s. :(

didn't the original Belle have splotches of dark green all over?

Love those pics, btw, especially the fifth!

Thanks Jan.
Yes it definitely had splotches
It also had red and white wheel caps. :D

During my work with the Belle, I watched a lot of illustrations and some photos.
It seems like they all differs on how the splotches were applied, and if there were any splotches at all. As the model is a G-version and the real Belle is an F, I had to do some compromises. I also decided to skip the splotches - even if it was possible to apply those

If, by any mean, A2A should decide to make an F-model, I will be the first one to paint the Belle (with dark splotches all over)

Finally back home again!

While flying into Rattlesden AB this morning, I didn't realize it had been since Christmas time of last year that I had flown Sherherazade into her home field.
