BF109 Accusim

Post by JamieKugelmann »

Hi A2A,

Is it possible for you guys to make the BF109 an accusim, more expensive model? I think it deserves to be a superior quality aircraft with accusim. It would be great.

We have been wanting to Accu-Sim the BF-109, but are working on commitments at present. We cannot say if we will Accu-Sim the 109 or not, but it would not be a simple plane to Accu-Sim (no plane is for that matter).

Scott.

Not at this time Zgredd. We are forging ahead with the Cherokee and others. On the warbird front we have the Aircraft Factory P-51H next up

thanks,

Lewis,
now that you have both the Cherokee and the equally wonderful Spit, C172, P-51s out, why not making the Bf 109 even better?! I have 'flown' other company's models but they are not in your league. So please! Make it perfect, like the others... 8)

I thought the 109F was the best variant of the 109 from pilot reports. Of course its pilots choice but for pure looks I think the 109F in desert colors looks amazing.

cheers,

...hmmm. I just had a look at her at one website devoted to the Me 109 that has a lot of photos ( http://www.messerschmitt-bf109.de ), She does look sleek and deadly, doesn't she. She was the last model without the various bulges that the later ones had...
I general, I find it a fascinating story to see what the three big countries building fighter aircraft ( Spitfire, P-51; Me 109 ) came up with in order to increase power without increasing the weight too much. I think the Rolls-Royce Merlin/Griffon solved that dilemma best.

OK guys, let me add my request to the others... Please develop an Accusim add-on for the BF-109. I fully realize you will not do this due to other more ambitious goals, but hey, one can only hope...

I have to say, I would love to see an acusimmed Bf-109, especially anything from the F- onward, though I'd buy any Messerschmitt that would be accusimmed, and especially since there are now more than one Bf-109 in flying condition with the original Daimler Benz engine. I know it's not in the cards, and if it is, it's not any time soon, but hey, the Axis needs some love too. 8)

Well..., I guess these area's are pretty much ignored, since they are not pertinent to new revenue...
