Question about patch

I have been out of the loop for a while and would like to know if the patch 1.2 is for FSX only? I can't seem to get it to install into FS9... Am I just missing something? Thanks for your time.

Probably, because I installed it without problem and I only have FS9.

Well when go to install it it only asks for the two different box'd versions and the only option I have is it install into fSX...
