She's fully functional as far as I know. I guess they turn the engine over every now and then and let her run for a bit just to make sure everything works but they haven't taken her up in a long time(from what I was told).Maenniskopesten wrote:Nice Pics! I can only imagine what a p.i.t.a. it is to keep a 60+ year old wooden aircraft in flyable condition..
She sure is beautiful though... I'd kill to see her in the air.
I only wish I was a better camera man with a better camera.. lol

That is quite a collection of warbirds, where is this at?
It's the biggest airshow in the world, as far as I know. Just smaller than the one in France. The one is France is more of a giant infomercial for the industry to show their new technology off so that doesn't really count..
