Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS is in beta testing

This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.

I will say one thing I don't like about the Marketplace is when updates roll out sometimes consumers can wait a week + longer for MS to release the updates while if one purchased said add-on directly from the developer, the customer can get the updates as soon as the developer releases them. This would be my main reason to suggest not purchasing through the MS marketplace. Also too, I'm sure the Marketplace takes a healthy commission percentage of the sale from the developer.

So the selling point of the marketplace to the developer is good advertising of said product, at the expense of the customer stratification and the developer relations between updates. The MS marketplace has to screen and approve said updates and thus the consumer have to wait weekly + for the MS marketplace updates to upload, which leaves a lot of frustration between the consumer and the developers.

So because of this, I would always recommend buying directly from the developer instead of the Marketplace if the option exist.

Thanks for the update, I'll tentatively add it to my Christmas list.

New to the MSFS community but super stokes to find that the Comanche 250 is soon to me an option. What would put this over the edge if you could create your own panel layout with avionics. Is that even possible?

I would be happy enough if it was possible to switch between glass and analog panel. That would be the bees knees.
Take care, Brett

A couple years ago, our school's Comanche met a bitter end when a renter had a forced landing in a cornfield(everyone ok). After figuring out insurance and searching for a suitable replacement, we bought another. However during the prebuy, the mechanic found the prop needed replace. That seemed simple enough, but with lack of parts availability and add in some shipping damage, it took months. Everyone was understandably excited about the new plane and kept asking relentlessly when the new Comanche would arrive. My boss after months of this, started saying "sometime after Thanksgiving" and would offer no more. When that Thanksgiving came and went, he started to say "I didn't specify which Thanksgiving." :D
