Joke thread?
Hi, I've noticed a trend in the Pilot's Lounge, and I just wondered if there was some way to put all the joke threads into a single thread, called "Ron Attwood's joke of the day" or something like that. So people who want to read the jokes can, but it does not show up as 4 of the last 5 topics. I'm only here to see if A2A is ever going to release anything again, not to ignore topic after topic of jokes. Not trying to be mean, but I though this forum was about A2A, not bad, or even good, jokes.

Re: Joke thread?
Well the purpose of this section is defined as “This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.”
There is also very little traffic here these days so you are not likely to miss any significant news about the next A2A release and it would be logical this would appear in the announcement section anyway.
I think it’s the jokes that keep me coming back to be honest!

Don't you dare! You're not a time & motion organiser by any chance?jsbrewster1 wrote: ↑07 Nov 2022, 14:12 Hi, I've noticed a trend in the Pilot's Lounge, and I just wondered if there was some way to put all the joke threads into a single thread, called "Ron Attwood's joke of the day" or something like that. Re: Joke thread?
Fixed, and I don't know what that is. Just seems to be better organized to have 1 joke thread, rather than 100 joke threads.

Re: Joke thread?
I vote for new threads for every joke so this forum retains some semblence of being alive.
Re: Joke thread?
I vote for the Warhawk as the next A2A MSFS aircraft, though there is competition on the horizon.
Re: Joke thread?
Well that’s an awesome joke for the new thread of many…!!
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Joke thread?
If it weren't for the jokes, I probably wouldn't be here. Separate threads, please!

Re: Joke thread?
I heard about a wool thread who went into a bar and the bartender said "We don't serve your kind here! Get out!" So the thread went outside, tied himself in loops and mussed up the end of the line to make it look like hair. He went back in the bar and the bartender says "Hey aren't you that thread from earlier?" To which the thread replies "No, I'm a frayed knot."
(Afraid not? Whatever.)

Brilliant! That deserves a thread all of it's own.ClipperLuna wrote: ↑08 Nov 2022, 10:47 I heard about a wool thread who went into a bar and the bartender said "We don't serve your kind here! I’m thinking versions of that joke have been around longer than you…
