I have wanted a light center cockpit for a while now.
So i found a B25 Mitchell and was able to get into it, and take all my measurements.....And after 2 years of working on the plans, i was able to move it over to computer so i could get it into a 3d model.....
Once i have the detail work done on it, it will be getting it over to 3d print, so i could get all the parts together to build.
Just finished my SIM COCKPIT well the 3d model of it anyways....

Super cool! I wonder if some LIDAR scanning technology would help you on your awesome quest to model this B-25 cockpit. Cant wait to see the finished cockpit!

Looks very very cool! Have you heard of AuthentiKit? https://discord.gg/wu5gp4Gz
The guys there have been bringing up 3D printed kits for various aircraft. It’s community contribution, lots of help if you need it for the back end electronics and such, and they’ve been doing amazing stuff for cockpit builders who want authentic controls. If you would like to share your work with the community, that might be an avenue.

I am currently waiting on more 3d modeling plastic, so i can start making the molds for the pieces.....
Re: Just finished my SIM COCKPIT well the 3d model of it anyways....
IN all right at the moment.
Just in 3d modeling plastics, i have spent 300.00
And i spent 275.00 for molding rubber, so i can make the resin pieces.....
Not sure what i will make the seat bases out of yet....I want them to be adjustable, for everyone to use.
