Installing issue License ID

Hi,

I just bought p3dv5.3 and now try to install my a2a planes for v5. I get asked for my License ID and Password. So I think that must be the OrderID and my a2a login password. But no, that doesnt work! So where do I get my License ID or what exactly is my license ID?

Hi Torben,

If you're running Prepar3D v5 for the first time, it'll be the licence ID and password for P3D itself, not your A2A add-ons which this message refers to. You should have this info in your order confirmation email from Lockheed Martin.

Did you buy the aircraft from the A2A website? Some vendors use secure wrappers that are unlocked with a key they provide separately. A2A lets you download the executable file directly.
