I was hoping someone might be able to offer some advice. My nephew is keen to get a flight simulator. He has a laptop and has asked me what it would run. My hunch is that it would not be able to run the new MSFS but might run FSX steam with an a2a commanche or cessna (which I was going to buy him as a present) . I have no experience trying to run fsx on a laptop but it runs ok on my 7 year old i7 4790 with r290x desktop with alot of add-ons. His laptop is only 2 years old, the specs are below; if anyone uses a laptop to play fsx and might be able to offer some advice I would be very grateful.

This is the closest I found: "Ryzen 3 2200G Vega 8 Test Flight Simulator X Gameplay Benchmark. Vega 8 iGPU"

Edit: hold on, here's one with MSFS: "AMD Ryzen 5 3500U + Vega 8 = Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020"
