Great video Rob and yep, flaps would have been a good
I can't think in meters, so had to convert and 2500' is pretty short for the Mustang, although you were relatively light...nice choice for a fam flight, especially with the added challenge of runway narrowness and new rudder pedals with a different feel...WELL DONE!!!

Yes an interesting field for practising short field take offs with narrow runways etc! Didn’t have any room to spare that’s for sure!!

what is sophisticated sadism, well, show her up for people like me, who flight only in msfs, and who are sure if she is not fighter or sport bird, she's booooring, and if fighter is not mustang, she's boring too... well, if she's not lightning, aerocobra, thunderbolt... eeee, i think i get excited, fighters aren't borring, even on the background of mustang, but... watch her not in msfs more painful than watch other
may be most people more likes cherokee or bonanza, or whatever, but rememer, you give more pain for us, who loves mustang, because... because... because... we are have very fragile and sensitive nature
