Cheers everyone,
some of you may possibly know Dave Hadfield's youtube channel but I still would like to point it out to you. He shares many wonderfully made videos of him flying all kind of our beloved warbirds, P-51, P-40, Spitfire, AT-6, etc etc. I stumbled across him by accident and surprise when I was zapping through YT drinking my morning coffee, what a marvellous way to start the day
The videos are long, beautifully recorded and edited with voice over, expplaining a lot about the airplanes, sometimes covered with great and I belive self-composed music.
Absolutely worth to get lost =)
Have fun and leave him a few likes and nice comments =)

absolutely.. airstream driven slats and mechanically connected flaps... holding the tail up on landing to prevent accidental takeoffs when the flaps drop out... that's so cool

‘there is not enough elevator authority at landing, so the trim must be used’
