download missing from account

I have the same issue as other posters. I migration my PA28-180 the new system but it is not showing on my downloads.

Hello Bob,

I'm assuming you filled in the form linked in this topic, but please bear in mind it's a manual process for Lewis to migrate products between accounts and apply retrospective loyalty points etc. How long ago did you make the request?

Hello,

can you please let me know you are all migrated now, you should have been done on the day you put the data in. The only people skipped now are those who submitted data that didn't correspond to any data we have and so no results where found. Please do let me know if you are still missing anything as you may need to re-submit data. This is normally due to users having multiple emails, maybe old ones not in use anymore etc.
