Moving a product purchased in 2017 to my account

Hi,

I purchased the C182 Skylane (P3D) Academic from A2A in late 2017. As it does not appear listed in my account with more recent purchases, how do I go about having it moved there please?

Please do make sure the information is correct so we can find your orders and move things across from the old to new store. If you purchased from a third party vendor, you'll be wanting to visit them to get your products.

I had seen that link but as I already have an account with A2A I didnt follow through as the 2017 purchase was made using the same email address as my current account with you has ( the purchase was made diret from A2A and not a 3rd party). Nevertheless, I have filled out the form referenced in the link with the same email address in 2017 as now. Is there anything else I have to do?
