You need the “Crazy Heidi” upgrade. Then, if you shut off the engine at a slow airspeed so the prop won’t windmill, you open the the cockpit door with Shift+E. Hit Ctrl+E, then close your eyes for about five seconds. Heidi will get the engine running. Open your eyes when you hear it running.
