If somebody has a DEFAULT installation of P3D.v5, could you please take some screenshots of KILG in Delaware and post them for me. I'm particularly interested in the large hangar and ramp area on the right side at the end of runway 27.
Many thanks.

Do you mean default as in totally new/fresh install - or just default scenery and no ground textures add-ons?

Hello Dudley,
This is the area in question I believe. All scenery sliders maxxed-out.

Nick

Not to be outdone ... here are mine (at various times of the day):
I do appear to have some layering problems - as well as some rogue roof tiles - which I think were introduced by ORBX sceneries (even though none are active in this area).

I’m curious what your interest is for New Castle airport. I live just a few miles from there. It’s somewhat interesting given the Desault facility and the ANG base and activity.

Re: I need a few P3D .v5 screen shots
I was practically raised as a boy by the 142nd fighter squadron Delaware ANG that was based there. Later on in life I parked our P51D Mustang on the same ramp at the old guard hangar that I knew as a boy. I also taught as a flight instructor there. Lots of memories for me at that airport, many good, some very bad.
Microsoft actually removed a tree for me at the approach end of runway 1 that I told them didn't belong there during the FSX beta run.
In the sim I park our A2A Mustang on the exact spot on the guard ramp that the real plane occupied when parked there.

Small world. Nice to know there's another connect out there to our little state.DHenriquesA2A wrote: ↑09 Aug 2020, 08:36I was practically raised as a boy by the 142nd fighter squadron Delaware ANG that was based there.
