Check all updates at once?

This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.

Check all updates at once?

Post by curtis72561 »

Hello All.

Does anyone know if there is a way to create an icon that will check all aircraft for updates at once instead of having to check 19 different icons. I would like to know because I'm lazy.

I use a batch file. It's simple and very lite. Others may have a better way but here is my code. You can add or remove aircraft as needed from this and make sure your paths for the updaters are entered into code correctly. This is for P3D v4.x

Cheers
Roger

Code: Select all

@echo off

start C:\"Program Files (x86)\A2A Simulations"\Comanche250\updater.exe
start C:\"Program Files (x86)\A2A Simulations"\L049\updater.exe
start C:\"Program Files (x86)\A2A Simulations"\P51civ\updater.exe
start C:\"Program Files (x86)\A2A Simulations"\Spitfire\updater.exe
start C:\"Program Files (x86)\A2A Simulations"\P40\updater.exe

exit

Or use Windows Task Scheduler, as posted by Nick.
