HI all, I'm having the GPS issue in the P-51 for V5. I dont have V4 installed any longer so I dont have the V4 version of the panel.cfg. Are there any edits I can make to mine, to make it work in the meantime?

P3D V5 HF1 - using latest P-51 full installer from the store.

Many thanks,

Bully.

The Skylane should be with you at the weekend. :)

We'll release a proper update for the P-51 soon, but in the meantime if you'd like to try replacing the "gps_500.xml" file in your installation with this copy, it should fix the issue. (The file is located in "Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\A2A\SimObjects\Airplanes\WoP3_P51D_civ\panel\civ").

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Great news on the 182 and of course the other installers that have been pushed out. Just curious where the Constellation lies in the priorities?

Kind Regards,

Brett

Hi Brett,

The Connie will be in the final batch of installers.

In the meantime, just a note to let everyone know that the third batch comprising the 182, Comanche and T-6 has just been added to the store. More info here.

It's so nice having the C182 back in action. Thank you for this batch of Prepar3D v5 installers! Hmmm... could it be time to add a Texan to the hangar for Memorial Day weekend?

I took your advice MkIV Hvd and wow, what an awesome plane the Texan is. Alot to learn. Thanks again A2A for making these v5 installers.

That's great to hear!!
Learning to fly it properly will be one of the most satisfying things you'll ever do with your simulator :D

Dear A2A-Team,
thank you for the preparation of P3Dv5 Installer for the C182.
I´ve bought the C182 at "sim market" but it seems only P3Dv4 version is available for download there yet.
Best,
Stefan

Hi Stefan and welcome,

As is usually the case, we wait for a day or two between releasing the installers on our store and releasing them to third-parties. This is because any potential issues are easier to manage if the files haven't been distributed too widely. We're currently investigating a couple of bugs with the 182, but once this has been resolved, we'll send the recent batch of installers to simMarket and other stores.

Thanks,
Nick
