I'm kidding, I'm kidding, :D
Any war-bird enthusiast should already have this excellent release. So no, I don't want a refund at all.

It's a shrewd move though. It may tempt the larger GA community to look at the rest of their fleet.

Thank you very, very much, A2A, for this generous gift!!! :D This is a very nice gesture to the community. The P-40 was an A2A plane I didn't already have. I haven't flown her yet, but am looking forward to it. Such a ruggedly beautiful aircraft!

Best wishes to the A2A team and all of you here on the forums. Praying that all of us will stay safe and healthy and make it through these difficult times.

It was a shrewd move indeed. I'm lukewarm on warbirds and the P-40 is not something I'd have purchased normally, but I'll certainly give this one a try. I've been slightly tempted in the past by the P-51 and Spitfire but never pulled the trigger on a purchase.

Thanks Scott. You've done something very special here.

I just wanted to add my great appreciation for this gift. I have the P40 in FSX and have just been waiting for the right time to purchase for P3Dv4. I love the plane and the total "Hands On" way you have to fly it. She is a hand-full and yet a total joy to fly.

This weekend is planned out for me :D

Salute and Thanks Again
Roger

I already had it but thanks for those who didn't have this great product.

Very classy attitude, like all their planes.
Kind Regards,

Unfortunately I crashed the P-40 flying out of Medford where I live. I stalled out and spun in very close to where my house would be. Very neat airplane, but I will read the manual before I go up again. I can see how it will be one of my favorite A2A aircraft.

I'd like to second, or twenty second this... Picked up the Spitfire while I was at it (after hovering over the civ P-51, but yeah... it's not a Spit). There a bunch of pics on the Orbx forum with people flying around with their gear half down, or collapsed after landing. So I suspect there are a bunch of people going 'man, this is hard...'. I hope it entices a few more to the A2A party.

There's a lot of good information on how to handle the P-40. Here's one from Sim CFI, that I requested a few years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gG8uVYcgoq8.

Thank you from me as well. I think we all could use a distraction from the doom-and-gloom and this is perfect. A2A is an amazing company with an incredible group of people.

A huge thank you from me too. We all need a bit of cheering up at the moment, and the free P-40 is very generous indeed. I've had two faulty downloads so far, but it's there waiting for me, and I'll get things sorted out. Once again, thank you A2A ! :)
