Lost Account

I apologize if this is the wrong forum spot for this question.

I am attempting to install my C172 Trainer on a new PC, however the A2A site is not recognizing either my email or username.

My order number is 125402, confirming email dated 1/10/2018.

Please advise how I can both have my email established as an account and reset my password in order to gain access to my account.

Sorry I've been occupied with my new Jetline pc

I've created an account on the new website and have filed out the form linking my old account to my new account, so I'll keep an eye out for my order getting transferred over.

I have a simila problem. The email I set the account up with is defunct. My pass word is not recognised. I cant retreave my pass word because the email address is dead. Its server has shutdown. I have a new pc and would like to migrate my aircaraft accross particulaly the wop spit. Please help.
