Hey,
I didn't know where to put this or if this is even allowed, so I'll cautiously post in the Pilot's Lounge.
This might seem like a bit of a shameless plug and it's not proper common practice to make others aware of ones birthday, but today I'm just too proud to care....
It's not my birthday, but that of my website/label EDRM-Repaints, which I founded exactly 10 years ago.
Time has literally flown past in many ways and it's incredible to look back and see how many repaints there were. I have recently gone through all list-wise and often had to grin with the memories some of them brought back.
That's largely because of this community, because few repaints were met with more appreciation elsewhere and nowhere did the requests carry more background or lead to so many interesting conversations.
So Thank You all for that and never be to shy too add chapters of backstory when you request something and you want to express your connection to a livery!
Now I don't know how relevant it is to this community, but I have prepared a little announcement and a little "last 10 years in numbers"-kind of overview at the website.
You can check that out here, if you like.
To the last 10 and probably a few more years!
Cheers,
Marius
P.S.: Dear A2A, as a German with something to celebrate, I must note that the lack of a beer-emoticon is quite offending.

Hi Marius,
I don't often fly another man's paint - but when I do - it has to be ERDM...
Nice work and some of the best out there... I've put many happy hours on N489E...
Thank you...
Regards,
Scott

Hey, Flieger-Marius: I'm on my second cup of coffee and my caffeine just kicked into high blower, but I gotta say this: THANK YOU for all your great repaints! A2A airplanes are great as is, but YOU enable each of us to have OUR own airplane!
Thank you!

Maybe this 10 years birthday can be a good opportunity to know you better Marius.
I'm curious: what do you like in aircrafts painting?
How have you kept interest, motivation and focus over 10 years?

Re: 10 years EDRM-Repaints!
Thank you guys very much, I'm also surprised by the positive feedback I get for the website. Really appreciate it!
@Simicro: To be fair, I have to admit I haven't been on full steam for all of the 10 years. I had a look back for myself and you'll probably find this interesting, so here's repaints per year:
'09 = 16
'10 = 61
'11 = 31
'12 = 12
'13 = 25
'14 = 47
'15 = 51
'16 = 45
'17 = 5
'18 = 104
'19 till now = 96
As you can see, I've really neglected the simming hobby in 2017. But you can ask anybody really, it just pulls you back in
