Ron, I have those, too. All three of them, tried them: They are sturdy, very solid. Just the cabling is a bit awkward to plug in...
My problem was that they are not curved. As I have my joystick mounted at the front of my seat (on a wooden pedestal), and I could not devise a solution for attachment to the front of the cockpit (too far away), I opted for the VKB plus curved extension. I believe the Warthog grip can be attached to the VKB base. Look it up in the website.
The simple VKB grip suits me just fine, I have all my switches, wheels etc. in a GoFlight console next to my seat.
So far, so happy...
