Need help tried to migrate accounts but can't see my purchases

Hi all, hoping someone can help me from support. The problem is I have 3 FSX A2A aircraft and 1 P3DV4 product but my wife has purchased some of them using different email accounts which she no longer uses due to moving careers. I have proof of purchase from A2A and I have the order numbers too for each purchase. I cannot provide more details here as they are private. Could someone from support please email speedbird438 account as the other accounts no longer seem to work and I can provide proof of purchase. Many thanks Jason

you can get your orders migrated to the new store here;

Simply follow the step by step instructions and answer the questions on the form. They will then be moved across for you.

I too cannot find my orders. I have recently had to rebuild my computer because of a hardware failure, so I need to re-download everything. I signed on to the new store, but it shows "No Orders" under my account. Yesterday I went through the steps of migrating old orders to the new store, but still nothing shows up. Please help.

Just gone through the days migrations and everyone's moved over that can be. I did have a few I had to delete as the information provided either didnt result in the new account being found or the old accounts being found meaning no orders to moved across. Monica you are all set.

Well, I was able to get most of my orders downloaded, but I'm not seeing the Cessna 172, Order #7090, or the Bonanza, order #7087, ordered on 9/15/2018.

Hi,
I have filled out the form and got a new store account. On checking after receiving the email I had been migrated, I see two copies of Accufeel V2 but no aircraft. I originally had the 172, P51, Spitfire and B17. On checking the old store I can only see the 172 and P51. I am in need of some help please

Hello,

this is normally because the information submitted is only linked to the products that have been migrated. Please fill out all the form and answer all the questions making sure you fill out all emails that may have been used on the store and making sure there are no spelling mistakes.

Please note the migration is only for the A2A Store. Third party purchases are not part of the migration.

Hi Lewis,
Thanks for that, I have completed the form and this does relate solely to A2A aircraft initially the Spitfire and B17. However having been into the new site account I see now I do not have the 172 or P51 Mustang. I do, however, have three Accu-Feel v.2 Air, Land & Sea (FSX) in it. I shall await the proces of the new form I have sent it and see how matter lie then. Thanks for your help

Hello,

I am all up to date with store migrations as things sit at present. As noted if you are submitting the same information over and over this will result in the same results. Missing orders will be because information was missing so please make sure future submissions include the missing information. I've made sure the three questions asked on migration form allow users to submit multiple email addresses so we can consolidate orders to the new account across multiple old email addresses and or accounts.
