Sorry for the website down time

Post by Scott - A2A »

We had a very rare and difficult to fix failure on our server that has plagued our tech support team for three days. Sorry for the trouble, and hopefully we're out of the woods. We expect reliability and especially server performance to be well above normal moving forward.

Scott.

I was worried about you guys.
I saw your Facebook post though even though I don't use Facebook myself.
I also have been having problems because my Internet had been down for 2 different days from my ISP which had some problems as well

I suspect it caused you a lot more headaches than us!!!

Glad to see it's working again and fingers crossed that nothing else breaks on you.

No need to apologize. Stuff happens. Now onto the more important stuff like what the new products are?
