New Store Order Transfer

Hello,
I have been away from P3D for some time and just reinstalled it last week. I went to download my A2A aircraft only to find that there is a new store so I had to migrate my purchases.

I filled out the form on Friday, and was just wondering how long this process generally takes?

I did not get any email to transfer my old orders. How do I get those orders tranferred to the new store? Couln’t that operation been done automatically? I did not know that I had to do that operation myself. I just did find out by accident while reading a post on AVSIM....

I'm waiting on mine too. I just got back into simming after being out for a while, installed latest p3d v4.5, purchased the Bonanza from the new store and my other 5 planes stuck in the old store with old installers. I filled out the transfer form a few days ago. Im going to wait for them instead of installing the old ones :)

Our apologies guys. Currently, we are undergoing server maintenance to fix an internal issue. We don't expect this to take much longer. As soon as the issue is resolved, we will make sure to get those transfers taken care of. :)

Thank you Mark. I did find the transfer form in a pinned post above, filled it in before sending and today I received a confirmation email, so all is well!

I finished the order migrations requests today after the downtime. Everyone should be set including the free FSS order migrations after there shut down.

We're very sorry for the delay. The internal server issues resurfaced and caused more connection issues for some. At the moment it seems they have been fixed. We'll make sure to get those completed as quickly as possible. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

if you have not been migrated by now the request you put in was invalid and skipped. Please fill out the form again and make sure the information provided matches with the question. For example if you provide one email address but the old orders where purchased on a different one then the request will be skipped and deleted and no old orders will be found.
