P3D V4 update for P-51

Hi, I've got a question concerning two of my A2A planes.

in 2015 I purchased "WOP3 - P-51" and "COMANCHE 250 FSX ENTERTAINMENT" from Simmarket. Am I obliged for an updateto to P3D V4?

there is no cross-over for software between the platforms.

We do offer a loyalty discount program on the A2A Store though so you can use points earn against future purchases.

So, I decided to get the new versions for P3DV4. Concerning my old FSX versions: Would I be allowed to give them away to a friend of mine, he's still on FSX?
