Cannot restore access to account, store etc

Hello

I am one of those who forget passwords. And when I request password reset I dont get email with next steps to reset password.
If I try to register fresh new, the system tells me that my e-mail is already registered.
So I am at a loss in a loop. This is before I attemot to restore what I have from old A2A atore to te new one.

When I go to stap 1 and try to register in the new site I get this message
Error: An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.
And then I cannot login since I dont know the password

Hello Lewis this is me Alvaro Escorcia logged-in under a new forum account that I register using the same email I used to open the new store account.

I have checked the new store account nd I still can't see the orders and downloads of the planes I had purchased with the old store account. Yo will recall those were under the old email
