Thanks Stephan,

Our team has been together for many years which means we know each other well. As a result from these experiences of different kinds of work loads, we've become very in tune to avoiding burnout. Our company structure is also burnout resistant in that everyone has tremendous freedom managing their time. Each of our team members essentially manage their entire lives and work schedule as they see fit. This comes from respect and trust.
