ASP4 is still the best but the gap between it and REX Skyforce narrows with each update in the latter. The clouds are more realistic looking in RSF than ASCA and the REX UI is cleaner and more intuitive than that in ASP4. HiFi has slowed the pace of updates to ASP4, probably because they are trying to figure out how to port the product to XP11.
The best thing about ASP4 is the in-cloud effect which disguises the 2.5D billboard nature of the P3d4 clouds. ASP4 also works with almost all aircraft weather radars including Roland's freeware radar gauge.
