Hello Tom,

Lewis has been away for the last week or so, so he probably has a bit of a PM backlog to work through. That's why we generally encourage posting support requests on the forums where all the A2A staff and anyone else can respond.

Of course, if your query is related to your store account or order details, sending a PM to Lewis is the correct thing to do. I'm sure he'll be in touch.
