Firstly, please
register a new account on the A2A store if you haven't already done so.
After doing this, please send a private message (PM) to "Lewis - A2A" with your FSS proof of purchase and he should be able to transfer your order to your new A2A account. Please bear in mind this may take a few days, and don't forget to provide the email address you used for your A2A store account in the PM.

Today I can not access any of my A2A products and other five products of other brands,

Welcome to the forum guys. I've just approved your first posts so you should now be able to PM "Lewis - A2A" as described above.
As mentioned to previous posters, please register a new account on the A2A store beforehand if you haven't already done so. Also, don't forgot to include your proof of purchase from FSS.
Please be prepared to wait a few days for the transfer to be completed as Lewis has been away for the last week or so.
