GTN - which one?

Ok got the new plane (love it!) and went to put my Flight 1 GTN 750 in place but, of course, it did not work,,needs an update or something. So after searching for Flight 1 account info I downloaded it again and went to reinstall. It did not install telling me I must have changed P3D location and not changed the registry..I went to the registry and it showed the correct location I have for P3D and yet the install insist I do not have that correct...so no GTN 750.

Flight 1 has made this process almost a chore not worth doing so now I thinking of getting the Reality XP version and wonder if anyone here has it and how do you likes it compared to the Flight 1 nightmare.


Yes I have tried to contact Flight 1 and also tried their support forums with no answer.

I've got the RXP GTN750 and I'm very pleased with it but still a learner. Their Forum is very good and pretty quick to respond to technical problems.

You're the second person that said the GTN didn't work. Flight1 released the update a couple of days after 4.3 came out, and it installed fine on my computer. I don't use it now, but enabled it to check, and it works great. Maybe they came out with a new installer since June? I've never had a problem with it.

I am using both Flight1 GTN and GNS packages in P3Dv4.3 without any issues.

Pretty happy with flight1 rendition.. haven’t tried the other

Been using it on P3D v2.5 to 4.3

Check your antivirus program. It’s been known to mess with the gtn installations and operations.
