The aircraft are the same, purchase the academic license of the aircraft if you own P3D academic license or the professional license if you own P3D professional. Hope this helps.

Without getting into licensing issues (of which I hope this doesn't devolve into), that's fine. The only major difference is you'll have a small label in the upper right corner labeling it as the academic version.

You say this but, I have been flying P3Dv3.2 Academic for quite sometime now and have several screen shots, I have never seen it labeled in this way.

Some of your previous posts indicate you already own P3D4, RageShade1. https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewto ... 32#p478432
Are you asking about the difference in the Bonanza Academic and Professional versions?

I have access to it via a friends account but i myself don't own p3d, So i want to get myself a copy instead of sharing one. I just want to make sure the cheapo version is not going to cause issues with anything :) (though spending a little over $100 for p3d and the aircraft is going to suck haha)

I have P3Dv4.3 Academic, I don’t think the Pro version is necessary.
Well worth the price of admission !
