Uninstall Error

I am trying to uninstall my A2A products before upgrading to the latest installer versions as recommended. However I get the error message Could not open INSTALL.LOG file on every product, therefore I am unable to uninstall. Any recommendations please?

Yes, unfortunately this issue does seem to crop up occasionally when folks have tried to uninstall using the old installers. I'll post a new thread soon explaining what to do in this case so that we can easily refer customers to this info in future.
