Such attention to detail! The temptation is always to jump in and fly a new aircraft. For me, it is almost more fun to really zoom in close and absorb all the detail and little quirks that Michel and Robert pack into their work. I know a lot of people here prefer a glass cockpit and I probably would too if it weren’t a sim. But for these planes, on a computer, I just really enjoy the individual gauges and dials.
I’m also relieved to see no “piano key” switches for lights, etc. When you mentioned an early Bonanza as the model I worried about seeing this:

Those identical “keys” don’t play well with my vanishing eyesight.
The single swing yoke would be kind of nice, though!

Can't wait to get this aircraft

Looking forward to flying this. I’ve been checking the store every day this month hoping for the release. I am curious about the crest under the pilot window though.

That's the original Beechcraft logo.

There are several variations - this one...



And this color version without the text...



If you search on "Beechcraft crest logo," you'll find other examples.

I'm not sure what dates it was in use - trying to track that down. They seem to have gone over to type treatments pretty early. In this particular Bonanza, I'd bet it was something the owner added to give it a retro look.

Maybe Scott or others can confirm or deny.

Wow! Looks so great!

Lookin good. The power quadrant, cowl flap, and aux fuel pump locations look like they'd take some time to get used to for anyone mostly familiar with Cessna and Piper layouts.

Looks absolutely brilliant! Certainly has a touch of this "messy" old cockpit feel, with some original Beechcraft gauges, and for instance the (expensive!) BendixKing primary flight indicators, which I'd guess are aftermarket mods. I wonder if A2A includes the command bar that is a part of KI 256 - presuming that's what we are looking at.

From this pic, at least ADF and DME, plus an altitude reporting transponder are present. Certainly not an ADS-B, though. Most likely F1 and RXP GPS addons are included as an 3rd party options. For the smaller units at least, I'd replace one set of COM/NAV radios and the transponder as the Garmins come with one, retaining the separate ADF and DME, as I use them a lot.

Can't quite make out the autopilot installed, though there definitely is one judging by the disconnect button.

Amazing! Look at the detail of the window curtain in the second shot, it's even got the perforations modeled so you can barely see through it. Now that's attention to detail if I ever saw it. Fantastic work! I Think you know Scott, that you have maybe the most talented texture artists in flight-sim industry working for you, lucky man.
