Logging in problem

I'm unable to log into my account to retrieve my downloads. I need to install my planes because my old computer bit the dust so I had to purchase a new computer. Is the new computer the problem?

Hello,

Sound like you just need to migrate your account to A2A's new store as described here. In them meantime, you can continue to download your products from the legacy store as mentioned in the linked post.
