Hi,
I found my old orders in the new webstore, but one of them is wrong. For my Comanche, it stands as "Professional" but I purchased the "Academic". In my old account it stands as "Academic", but when transferring the orders it has been changed to "Professional". For me, there's no problem at all, but I suppose that the correct way is to switch it to "Academic".
Thank you and congrats on your new website/store.
Regards

Re: Wrong A2A P3dv4 License (Installer)
Hi
I own the Comanche "Academic" and in the store it says I own the Academic license however what I downloaded the file and unzip it is the is the professional that I get.
All other 5 P3D v4 are correct as academic.
Also after only one download I went from 10 to 8 for all downloads???
I am not sure if I should try and install the professional Comanche into P3d V4 Academic?
Thanks in advance if you can help.
Bob

Hello, there was a slight error that was corrected the other day for the cross linked download.
For the downloads, are you using a download accelerator or manager as these are not needed and could cause the issues you are seeing with the counter going down too much. Also if you are double clicking instead of just clicking that will be why you went down two instead of one.
Thanks,
Lewis

Hi Lewis
FYI
1/ Yes I am using a download manager but I don't know how not to as other add on (ORBX) recommend it
Please advise
2/ So if I try to download again will I get the correct version i.e Academic rather than professional?
3/ Do I need to or can I get the number of allowed downloads reset?
Thanks in advance if you can help

Hello,
for the first one you will want to turn it off. I dont think orbx need it as they use there own download system.
Yes you should get the correct version though no harm installing what you have if downloading again will use up some more of your data etc. You are good to go no worries, the mistake was on our side. you are fine.
You don't need the downloads reset unless you get down to none remaining.
thanks,
Lewis

Hi Lewis
Thank you for the support
1/ I re downloaded using a different browser so the download manager would not start. I can confirm the number of downloads only dropped by 1.
2/ I also get the correct version Academic rather than Professional
3/ I should not be troubled by lack of downloads as I always save a copy of the installer to an external drive.
Thanks again
Bob
