All the Accusim-planes are in my hangar, but they aren't sitting long enough for their engines to cool much before next flight!

But hey - excellently handled by the pilot, and very much by the cat as well, who seemed to play along just fine. No wonder if his/her point-paws-towards-the-ground instincts were a bit disturbed. :)

Weightless Cat

This "cat righting reflex" was studied intensively by a scientist Étienne-Jules Marey, by dropping the cats at various elevations to determine how long they take to right themselves.

I think it was him who noted how adversarial the cats were in showing their face to the handler when put as subjects of science. :)

I've never read the study Esa...but I can only applaud the dropping cats from ANY height.

That's just mean. Let some of the furry ones scratch your hand for such a remark.
