Performance graph on page 56 of the PDF document recommends somewhat into "oversquare" territory, i.e. settings such as 24.4'' at down to 2200 rpm. Continental has often been a little bit more conservative in some of its instructions than Lycoming. For example, consider differences in how minimum oil and cylinder head temperatures are given. The maximum recommended cruise MP in this manual is approximately equal to FL55.
