Updated to prepar3d v4?

I own a copy of the T-6, and for Cessna 172, both have accusim for P3D, both work very well in P3Dv4. On the other hand I had seen a post saying that the WoP3 warbirds are updated. If so I have yet to see it in the downloads from the vendor, can anybody confirm that there is an update that brings the following aircraft into P3Dv4:

Spitfire
P-47 (Same as the P-40)
P-51 (this one flys ok if you get it off the ground
P-40 (this one seems to fly ok)
B-17 (WoP 2, seems to work just fine)

None of those aircraft are yet available for P3D

Yes as Orcale mentions none of those are P3Dv4 products.
