I hope they do, I'd love to see those things flying however so far there have only been lots of rumours and promises of them entering service. I didn't know about the 2016 statement, the English wiki did say they would be in service by 2013 which obviously didn't happen.
So far I believe only the two original prototypes have ever flown as alluded to in the linked article.
