Hi. Not sure if I am in the right place, but my son has given me a Gift certificate for my Birthday and have been trying to use it and I have tried loads of times to use it but it keeps coming up with wrong redemption code. Been trying to buy the C182 for P3D as I all ready have it for FSX which I ordered on Flightsimstore. Can some one help me please. Thank you.

If it is a certificate for an A2A product I think it can only be redeemed at A2A's online store:

But if you are already attempting to purchase from the A2A site, it could be a simple administrative glitch that can be resolved by the A2A staff.

I had problems with the gift certificates , and the A2A staff where very helpful , just pm scott or lewis with your problem , and they should be able to get you sorted .
